Unity 5.5.0 editor freezes when changing Editor Layout
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open any project on 5.5.0 beta 1 or 2
2. Try changing layout to Tall or Wide
3. Notice that Editor froze
Reproduced on Unity versions 5.5.0a6, 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b2
Did not reproduce with 5.4.0p3, 5.5.0a5
Note: Regression starts in 5.5.0a6
