Unity 2019.1.0f2 flickers in Unity Hub when hovered making it unable to be clicked on
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Have 2019.1.0f2 installed
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 1.6.2
Actual results: 2019.1.0f2 version flickers, unable to click on it
Expected results: no flickering
