Unicode symbols in [0100 - 017F] and [0180 - 024F] ranges are not accepted in the Text Field
How to reproduce:
1. Change the input language to Romanian
2. Open attached project (case_1184456)
3. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
4. Right-click the "Cube" GameObject > Rename to Ș (corresponding symbol on a keyboard is: ";" )
Expected result: Ș symbol is shown
Actual result: ? symbol is shown
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a8
Notes: Problem occurs with these symbols 'Șș' -> ';', 'Țț' -> ' " ', 'Ăă' -> '[', 'Îî' -> ']', 'Ââ' -> '\' ([ 0100 - 017F ] and [
0180 - 024F ] Unicode ranges )
