[UNETServerDLL] BroadcastEvent arrives twice
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Run "ChatServer.exe"
==>
It broadcasts once in 3 sec
3. Run "ClientGUI.exe"
4. Press "Start Client" button
==>
Broadcast events starts to arrive but twice in a row
