Undo shortcut doesn't work when reverting values in the Increment Snapping toolbar
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Drop down the Increment Snapping window in the Scene View
3. Alter values in one of the fields
4. Revert the previous action
Expected result: Field value is reverted to the one before the 3rd step
Actual result: No undoing occurs
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)

Like is the case for preferences and other scene options, these values not being undoable is by design.
