Undo Doesn't Work with object selection
To reproduce:
1. Add cube to scene
2. Drag cube to project tab to make prefab
3. Place 3 prefabs in scene
4. Select them one at a time by ctrl+left clicking on them
5. Hit Ctrl+Z
6. Notice that all objects are deselected with the exception of the last one selected
Reproducible: 5.0.0f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.4.0b18
