Undo doesn't restore UI Canvas Rect Transform after changing Canvas Render from World Space to Screen Space
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1246899.zip")
2. From Hierarchy select "Canvas" Game Object
3. In the Inspector window change Canvas Render Mode to Screen Space
4. Press Ctrl + Z
Expected result: Rect Transform is restored
Actual result: Rect Transform remains changed
Reproducible in: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
