UncompressedAssetBundle and ChunkBasedCompression create large sized asset bundles for models with UV set at 0/0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build Asset Bundles (Assets/Build AssetBundles)
3. View the project in Explorer
Expected result: Assets/AssetBundles/test file should not be much larger than testNoUVs
Actual result: testNoUVs is much larger (2mb or 500mb depending on which compression otions is selected)
Reproduced on 5.2.3f1. 5.3.6p8, 5.4.2p3, 5.5.0b11
