Unable to type "#" when using the Assets context menu search bar
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Right-mouse-click on the Assets folder in the Project window
3. Type "#" in the search bar
Expected results: "#" is typed in the search bar
Actual results: Nothing is typed in the search bar
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a10
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1 (no search function in the Create Menu)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions and ports will be reopened then.
