Unable to return to Windowed View when using Full Screen Switch on a re-sizable Windowed Player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Project "FulscreenBug"
2. Build for WindowsStandalone with the chosen settings
3. Run the Player
4. Toggle Full Screen
Expected Result: it is possible to return to Windowed Mode using Full Screen Toggle
Actual Result: Full Screen Toggle not available in Full Screen mode for a Re-sizable Windowed Player
