Unable to render to color attachment with ScriptableRenderContext DrawShadows
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "DrawShadowsToColorBuffer.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Game View, observe inside the white background
Expected result: a red silhouette/shadow of a cube is visible
Actual result: a black silhouette/shadow of a cube is visible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1, 2019.3.16f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1
Could not test with: 2018.4 (URP was not yet released)
