Unable to open collaborate window if VFX window is open and Auto Compile is ON
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project
2. Push to collab
3. In the Project Browser, select New VFX asset.
4. Open a Visual Effect in the VFX window by going to Window->Visual Effects->Visual Effect Graph.
4. Try to open Collab Toolbar.
Expected result: Collab Toolbar opens and you are able to push to it.
Actual result: Clicking on Collab button forces a recompile and closes the Collab Toolbar.
Reproduced on 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8 with 5.2.3 and up
Not reproduced on 2018.3.8f1 with VFX 4.10.0
