“Unable to load projects” message is shown in “Add project from repository” window when "All organizations" are selected in the Account menu
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Make sure that “All organizations” option is selected in the Account menu
3. Press “Add” button and select “Add from repository” option
4. Wait for the “Add project from repository” window to finish loading
Actual result: “Unable to load projects” message is shown
Expected result: Projects are displayed
Reproducible with: 3.16.1
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 26.2 (M4)
Note: Selecting “All” in Organization field of “Add project from repository” window does not reproduce the issue
