"Unable to load projects" thrown in "Add from Repository" window in Unity Hub
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Press "Add" button
3. Select "Add from repository"
4. Wait for a few seconds
5. Observe the "Add project from repository" window
Actual results: "Add project from repository" window throws "Unable to load projects".
Expected results: "Add project from repository" window loads remote projects from organizations.
Reproducible with versions: 3.14.2
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Windows 11, Ubuntu 22.04
