Unable to interact with Material Inspector window when entering and exiting Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "ReproProject"
2. Open "Assets/OutdoorsScene" scene
3. Select "Assets/Materials/RefractiveCube" material
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Exit Play Mode
6. Click any button or scroll down in the Inspector window
7. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The Inspector window is scrollable and the buttons are clickable
Actual result: Unable to interact with the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b7
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.1.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
Selecting any other Material or GameObject from the Hierarchy window fixes the issue
Unable to interact with the Material Inspector window in Play Mode on the 2022.1.0a7-2022.1.0a11 versions, but able to interact after exiting the Play Mode (skip Step 5 for the issue to reproduce)
