Unable to filter on downloaded assets
Description
In 2018.4 and before, the Asset Store Window was able to filter on downloaded assets.
Since 2020.1, it is not possible to filter on downloaded assets in the My Assets tab of Package Manager window.
Expected:
My Assets has a filter for Downloaded assets
