Regression
No
Unable to duplicate Blackboard values when using Command+D shortcut
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using a 3D (HDRP) Template
2. In the project create a VFX Asset (right-click on the Project window > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph)
3. Open the newly created VFX Asset
4. In Nodes Workspace press "+" button in a Blackboard
5. Create a new value in the Blackboard
6. Select the newly created value and use the Command+D shortcut to duplicate the value
Expected results: Command+D shortcut duplicates the value in the Blackboard
Actual results: Command+D shortcut does not duplicate the value in the Blackboard
Reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.13f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.22f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b15), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a18)
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1 (duplicate option not available)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (Apple M1 Max)
