[VCS] Unable to delete files in the project window when perforce is disconnected
To reproduce:
1. Set up perforce
2. Create a project in perforce workspace
3. In Edit > Project Settings > Editor set up perforce server, however enter an incorrect password
4. Create a file (for example c# script)
5. Try to delete this file
Note :
The reported case is by design.
Unity will not be able to know the status of the file without talking to perforce.
