Unable to create C# Test Script with Test Runner when project layout is set to One Column Layout
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "Liquid Fire"
2. Make sure Project window layout is set to "One Column Layout"
3. Right click on the Editor folder and select Create -> Testing -> C# Test Script
Expected result: You are able to create Test Script
Actual result: Unable to create Test Script
Reproduced with: 2018.1.6f1
Notes: The option "Create Test Script in current folder" in Test Runner window is grayed out in One Column Layout and enabled in Two Column Layout
