Unable to access KnownFolders.Objects3D folder using System.IO API when deployed on HoloLens 2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TestProject.zip"
2. Build the project for UWP
3. Open the built project
4. Deploy the project on HoloLens 2
Expected results: "can't access with File.Exists: test.txt" is not displayed in the dialog
Actual results: "can't access with File.Exists: test.txt" is displayed in the dialog
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.2.0b15
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a16 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: HoloLens 2
