[Umbra] Occlusion culling works incorrectly on some objects
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download the project from the link below
2) Open scene ‘Demo5’
3) Clear the culling data and bake it again
4) Enter into play mode
5) Outside the house, observe that street lamps are incorrectly culled
Notes:
- Regression seems to be introduced in 2017.3.0b7
- Issue no longer persists after disabling large quad walls or the house (HouseEnvironment GameObject) that surrounds the level
