UIToolKit elements don't receive OnKeyDown events when the UXML doesn't have explicit focusable=true
How to reproduce:
- Open the attached project "UIToolkit.zip"
- Open Assets/AI Designer Behaviour.asset
- Press space in the "AI Designer Behaviour" window
Expected results: Context menu opens
Actual results: Context menu doesn't open
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b9 2023.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.13f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10

Resolution Note:
The issue was present in the package side and has been addressed accordingly on that end. Closing this as designed since the cause was because it was missing traits when inheriting from a element that contained traits with defaults.
