[UIR] VisualElement drawn with a destroyed texture throws exception
Repro steps:
1. Add a visual element with a texture to a panel (not an asset)
2. Repaint the panel
3. Destroy the texture
4. Repaint the panel
Expected result: Does not throw an exception
Actual result: Throws an exception
