UIElements Style.translate is shifted down on the Y axis when in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. In Hierarchy, select the “UltrasonicPlotVisualizer“
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. In Inspector, observe how the numbers on the plot should look
6. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Numbers are in the same position on the plot in Game view as in Inspector
Actual result: Numbers are shifted down
