UIElements Samples window is blank and produces exceptions when nothing is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project using the EnvIronman VM (more information in Edit)
2. In the Editor select 'Window' > 'UI' > 'UIElements Samples'
3. In the 'UIElements Samples' window select one of the available samples
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: no exceptions are thrown and the sample window is not blank
Actual result: exceptions are thrown and the sample window is blank
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0b9, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a9
Could not test with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.0a4 (UIElements Samples not available)
