UIElements MinMaxSlider gets Cropped when the slider is moved all the way to the right
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window -> UI -> UIElements Samples
3. Select Numeric Fields sample
4. Move the MinMaxSlider all the way to the right
Expected result: The slider is not cropped
Actual result: The right side of the slider gets cropped
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.0a4( UIElements samples were not available )
