UIBehaviour.IsActive() and MaskUtilities.GetStencilDepth() incorrect in Awake() and OnEnable()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "Mask State Repro.zip"
2. Open and play scene "Mask State Check"
3. Actual result (see in console): Result on Awake and OnEnable are different from result in Start function
Expected result: No difference between the three, identical console output
Reproducible on Windows 10
Unity 5.3.1f1, 5.3.0p1, 5.2.4p1
