Clicks and movements with mouse in the editor causes barely visible white noise lines to appear during play
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Unity project.
2. Open and play "Assets\scenes\TestMaskScroll" scene.
3. Click and hold left mouse button on the rectangle in the middle of the screen and drag it around.
Actual result: Barely visible white noise lines appear in the Editor.
Expected behavior: Clean Editor without noise.
