UI transition animation does not work when translating with percentages instead of pixels
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “UITransAnim.zip“
2. Open Scene “Scene_Book“ (Assets/Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press the arrow button on the right
Expected result: An animation is played when transitioning to other fronts
Actual result: No animation is played when transitioning to other fronts
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a3, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a23
Can’t test with: 2020.3.42f1 (errors in the Console)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel)
Note: Couldn’t test Builds (errors in the Console when building)
