UI Toolkit vertical slider snaps to values when dragging slider
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Open the Game view window
4. Enable "Maximize On Play" in the Game view Control bar
5. Press the Play button
6. In the Game view, drag the horizontal slider
7. Drag the vertical slider
Expected result: vertical slider slides in smooth increments, such as the horizontal slider
Actual result: vertical slider snaps to large steps (length of slider is divided into 10 steps)
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.15f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15, 1.0.0-preview.16 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1), built-in (2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1 (UI Toolkit package not available)
