[UIR] Text opacity doesn't change when it has outline or shadow
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "UITK_TextIssues.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Press the "Fade Opacity" button
5. Observe the "Label" text in the Scene view window
Expected result: The opacity of the text, its outline, and shadow decreases
Actual result: The opacity of the text, its outline, and shadow doesn't change
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.17, 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13)
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.31f1 (UI Toolkit not available)
Notes:
- To reproduce on 2020.3.22f1 and 2021.1.27f1 had to recreate the project
- With 2020.3.22f1 and 2021.1.27f1 Opacity of the text decreases, but the Opacity of the outline and shadow stays the same. When Opacity reaches 0, the text, outline, and shadow disappear.
- With 2021.2.1f1 Opacity of the text decreases, but the Opacity of the outline and shadow stays the same
