UI Toolkit Samples window Styles examples are not showing focused or hover styles
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create/Open any Unity project
2. Open Window -> UI Toolkit -> Samples -> Styles

3. Observe Hover and Focus UI elements
Expected result: buttons/sliders/checkboxes/etc do not appear as hovered or focused
Actual result: Hover/Focus buttons/sliders/checkboxes/etc do not appear as hovered or focused
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0a19, 2021.2.0a4
Didn’t reproduce with: 2021.2.0a3, 2021.1.10f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2019.4.28f1
