[UI Toolkit] Pointer Events doesn't work correctly when multiple UI Documents has different Screen Match values
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the attached project "1341135.zip"
2. Load the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Game view drag both "DraggableItem" GameObject
5. Close the bigger "DraggableItem" GameObject
6. Try to close "DraggableItem Different Panel Settings" GameObject
Expected result: "DraggableItem Different Panel Settings" GameObject disappears from the Game view
Actual result: "DraggableItem Different Panel Settings" GameObject can't be closed
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1), built-in UI Toolkit (2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1 (UI Toolkit is not introduced yet)
Notes:
- Not reproducible, when Panel Settings' Screen Match values are similar, e.g. 0.45 and 0.55
