UI Toolkit Label needs to be moved to update properties when properties are changed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “My project (17)“ project
2. Open the “Assets/NewUXMLTemplate” Visual Tree Asset using the UI Builder
3. In the UI Builder window, select the Label element
4. Change the Wrap setting of the element
Expected result: The element change updates instantly
Actual result: You have to move the element for it to update

Not reproducible with: 2022.3.65f1, 6000.0.44f1 (101c91f3a8fb), 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5
