UI Toolkit Foldout cannot be bound when Serializable property is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TestUIToolkitKitBinding.zip” project
2. Click on the “BindingTestObject.asset” in the Project window
3. Observe the “Items” list in the Inspector
Expected result: Toggled properties (like “Test Name”) have expanded foldouts
Actual result: All properties are collapsed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.4f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.39f1 (Unfixable compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS 13.6.6 (M2), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
