UI Toolkit Event Debugger renders incorrectly in light mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Unity > Preferences > General
3. Change Editor Theme to Light mode
4. Open Window > UI Toolkit > Event Debugger and observe
Expected result: Event Debugger is fully light-themed
Actual result: Event Debugger has only light-themed headers
Reproduced with: 1.0.0 (2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1 (UI Toolkit was not introduced yet), 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.33f1) (no Event Debugger)

Resolution Note:
We have recently decided to stop supporting UI Toolkit Event Debugger apart from fixing absolute show stoppers.
In the next year or so this feature will be clearly marked as experimental and opt-in in Unity to better communicate this situation.
