UI Toolkit Debugger button to open 'Dynamic Atlas Viewer' named 'Texture Atlas Viewer'
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a Unity project
# Open the UI Toolkit Debugger via Window > UI Toolkit > Debugger
# Observe the toolbar
*Actual results:* There is a button named Texture Atlas Viewer that when clicked opens the Dynamic Atlas Viewer.
*Expected results:* The button name matches up to the name of the window it opens.

Resolution Note:
Thanks for the report. While it is an inconsistency in the UI, we currently do not have the capacity to address such issues. It might be addressed at a later time when we do a pass over the debugger.
