[UI Toolkit] Child Label of Visual Element gets height set to 0 when parent has transition to scale toggled between 1 and 0
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user attached project
2. Open "UI/SpacesControlsUI" in UI Builder
3. Enable Preview
4. Hover over the bottom-right button
5. Click on the bottom-right button
6. Click on the top-left button
7. Observe the Console
Expected result: The Label's Resolved Height is not 0
Actual result: The Label's Resolved Height is 0
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a5)
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1 (UI Toolkit not supported), 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.30f1) (errors after downgrade)
