[UI] Tiled Image stretches sprite borders in Tight mesh mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "Scene" scene
3. Open Game view
Result: under the "bad" section you can clearly see that Images with Tiled Image Type are stretched in comparison to any other Image Type
Reproducible on: 5.4.4p1, 5.5.1p4, 5.6.0b9
