UI text elements are rendered inverted when "Compatibility Mode (Render Graph Disabled)" is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “IN-91321“
2. Ensure that feature “Compatibility Mode (Render Graph Disabled)“ is disabled. To check, Open Project Settings → Graphics → URP Global Settings, Under the “Render Graph“ check if the feature disabled
3. Build and run the Player
4. Observe the result
Expected result: The UI elements are rendered in a defined position
Actual result: The UI elements are rendered inverted (upside down)
Reproducible in: 2023.3.0a13, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Could not test with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1 2023.3.0a12 (Render graph not introduced yet)
Reproducible on: macOS 15.2 (M1 Pro), macOS 15.1.1 (M4 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
* Can only be reproduced in Player
* Before the 2023.3.0a17 version of Editor, the feature "Compatibility Mode" is replaced with another feature called "Enable Render Graph" which is working inversely compared to the "Compatibility Mode". To reproduce the issue, Enable the feature "Enable Render Graph". The issue reproduces when Render Graph feature is on
