[UI] Selecting gizmos doesn't work in Scene View
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download the project below or create a new project
2) In Scene View, try to select lights or camera
3) Observe that it is not possible to select the gizmo items in Scene View
Notes:
- Issue occurs both in gamma and linear color space
- Previously, it wasn't possible to select any items in the scene view, now selecting GameObjects work but it is still not possible to select gizmos
