[UI] Scrollbar covers the content when slider is dragged to the final position
Reproduction steps(GIF attached):
1. Open the attached project.
2. Make sure Game view resolution is set to 480x320.
3. Play the scene.
4. Drag the horizontal Scrollbar to the far right.
- Red circle is partially hidden behind the Scrollbar.
