[UI][Rect] Dynamically creating Rect crashes the Editor
Repro steps:
1) Open project "RectDynam" I attached and the "ECL Main" scene in it
2) Play the scene - notice the button and white rect in the view
3) Click the button and try dragging a new rect (look at .gif)
4) Click around/Exit Play mode and notice the crash
P.S. Sometimes it takes few times to make it crash, you can also try clicking around after dragging the rect
