[UI] Re-naming Action Map after starting to re-name an Action breaks the process.

Repro:
1. Download package and project at: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/InputSystem
2. Create a new or use an existing Input Action asset
3. Start re-naming an Input Action
4. Don't finish the last step, start re-naming an Action Map
5. Observe
Actual: Not only user can start re-naming an Action Map before finish the Input Action re-naming process, the Action Map name input field is broken as well.
