[UI] Radius property is missing when Area light shape is set to Disc in Universal RP
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Create an area light game object
3. Set its shape to Disc
4. Notice that Radius property is missing from the UI
Notes:
- Reproduces only in Universal RP; in-built RP and HDRP are not affected
- User can still adjust the light radius by manipulating the gizmo handles
