[UI] Previous Lighting Window Settings are retained after templates
After the introduction of templates, default lighting settings for a new scene in Unity has changed. However, old lighting settings are retained when a new scene is created in the project and there is no way to disable templates when creating a new project. Thus, baking backend can change back from Progressive Lightmapper to Enlighten again, which creates more confusion.
In 2018.1, default lighting settings should be changed.
