Prefab Canvas loses its Rect Transform anchor settings and position when dragged as a child of other canvas
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1) Open 'UnityCanvasBug' project
2) Open the "UnityChildCanvasBug" scene.
3) Click on the "ChildCanvas" prefab. Note the Rect Transform settings for the anchor and position (should be set to stretch vertical and horizontal to fill parent Rect Transform at position 0, 0, 0).
4) Drag the "ChildCanvas" prefab beneath the "RootCanvas" in the Hierarchy, so that it is a child of "RootCanvas".
5) Note that the Rect Transform settings from the prefab have been set to something completely different, specifically the position and max anchor fields
