UI Onclick events sometimes do not trigger when Manual Update is utilized with Input System
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UiInputLossRepro.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Click the “Button 1”
5. Observe the events on the left side of the Game View
6. Click the “Enter” button
7. Observe the events on the left side of the Game View
Expected result: UI OnClick events are called after each press of the “Enter” button
Actual result: UI OnClick events are rarely and randomly called after pressing the “Enter” button
Reproducible in: 1.11.2 (2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS (Silicon)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
