UI objects don't snap properly when changing camera orthographic size/game window size until Canvas Scaler is toggled twice
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene inside of it
2) Play it
3) Either resize Game Window vertically or change Main Camera Orthographic Size
4) Notice that the Text doesn't snap properly to top
5) Disable and then Re-enable Canvas Scaler (or whole Canvas object)
6) Notice that the text is back at the top corner
Only happens in Screen Space - Camera
