UI: IPointerEnterHandler works only after you click somewhere in the scene
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Scene'
3. It has 2 images and script having IPointerEnter and IPointerExit handlers
4. Play the scene
5. Hover the mouse on the images
6. It should turn red
7. Nothing happens
8. It only works if you click somewhere in the scene before hovering
